These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the VoiceSplitr application ("App") provided by Wanyeki Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
VoiceSplitr is provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including receipt images, voice transcripts, and bill split data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to use the App to:
The App integrates with Anthropic's Claude AI service to parse receipts and match items to people. Your use of these services is subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The App uses AI to parse receipts and assign items. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the parsed items and assignments before finalizing a bill split. The App provides editing tools for this purpose.
The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wanyeki Technologies LLC. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WANYEKI TECHNOLOGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS A TOOL TO ASSIST WITH BILL SPLITTING AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MANUAL CALCULATION.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wanyeki Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
