Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TelePrompt AI application ("App") provided by Wanyeki Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

2. Subscriptions and Payments

TelePrompt AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Terms

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and must agree to continue.

Managing Your Subscription

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.

Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including speeches, talking points, and practice recordings. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to create content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party AI services (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to provide certain features. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wanyeki Technologies LLC. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WANYEKI TECHNOLOGIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wanyeki Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
