TelePrompt AI

This privacy policy applies to the TelePrompt AI app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Wanyeki Technologies LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

What information does the Application obtain?

The Application collects the following information when you use the service:

Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing

The Application offers AI-powered speech generation that may send data to third-party services. Before using third-party AI services for the first time, the app will ask for your explicit consent and explain exactly what data will be shared.

How Your Data Is Used

You control which AI provider to use in the app's Settings. You can switch providers or use offline mode at any time.

Location Information

This Application does not collect any information about the location of your mobile device.

Microphone Access

The Application requires microphone access to record your practice sessions and provide real-time speech recognition. Audio is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server. You can revoke microphone access at any time through your device's Settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual speeches, practice sessions, or all app data at any time:

Children

The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider (babs@wanyekitech.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain. If you choose to use cloud AI services, data is transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
